Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to high demand or supply chain disruptions.
Shipping Time & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
United States Shipping:
- USA Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):$4.95
- Express Shipping (3-7 business days): $12.95
International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship to Arabic countries, African countries, or other restricted locations.
- Estimated delivery times vary by country.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Delays & Issues
- Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier.
Address Errors
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed deliveries.
