  • Personalized Orders: 1-2 weeks for production, plus 2-3 business days for shipping (domestic). Custom designs may take up to 6 weeks.

  • Non-Personalized Orders: Ships within 2-3 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary between 7-21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

3. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours at Contact@towlivesmatter.com. After this period, we cannot guarantee address changes, and you may need to place a new order.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Personalized Orders: Due to customization, these orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

  • Non-Personalized Orders: Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the item and packaging to Contact@towlivesmatter.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

6. My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

  • If you suspect theft, file a claim with the carrier and notify us. We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.
