Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary based on location, typically 5-12 business days within the U.S. and 7-21 business days for international orders.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
