- Each Hoodie is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and / or arms due to the custom nature of the production process

Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
Please also note that this item is coming from China and you may pay in customs depending on the place you live.

Returns & Exchanges
- You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
