Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging. Please email contact@towlivesmatter.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Personalized items, items marked Final sale and gift cards can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
